They are also happy to take you along when they go ashore during an excursion in search of the best products. Walk with them in colorful markets, through the walhalla of orchards  and across vast fields in a search for the best products. A fantastic culinary experience! 

Back on board, it's time for a dash of music.  The Zuiderdam therefore offers you the chance for a true musical exploration. You could opt for a music-technology-nature combination with the fantastic BBC Earth Movies or a performance of Cantaré where 4 top-notch male singers send iconic pop songs into the room. Not to mention Billboard Onboard where 2 pianists will get your feet moving from the early to the very late hours. 

Culinary delights on the Zuiderdam

Within the cruise world, Holland America Line is widely known as one of the best culinary experiences you can have at sea. Consequently, a great deal of attention has been paid to this aspect in recent years. We previously talked about the cooking demonstrations and the Port to Table program, but HAL is taking it one step further on the Zuiderdam. Their collaboration with six world-class chefs is legendary, to say the least. It provides innovative culinary creations every time in all the restaurants on the Zuiderdam. For instance, you get the world on your plate at the informal Lido Market, but you can also dine a little more upscale at the authentic Italian Canaletto. There is something for everyone.
