A taste of eastern South America

The eastern side of South America has a wide range of fascinating cities. Starting with the capital of Argentina: Buenos Aires. This giant city has a unique and compact center. Much of western South America is covered by Chile. For anyone who is not a fan of spicy food, the country is fortunately not known for this. Cruise ships dock in San Antonio, and you can then choose to stay in this port city or go to the capital city of Santiago. You can admire the peaks of the Andes Mountains from everywhere in this city, but by getting into the cable car, you’ll have a magnificent panoramic view. Visit the many street markets, museums and wonderful restaurants to indulge your taste buds. Cruise lines also sail past the city of Lima. Peru's capital is located on the coast, creating an ideal mix between culture, the beach and culinary delights. To complete your cruise trip, ships sometimes sail past the Galapagos Islands. A paradise surrounded by clear blue water. These islands are home to animals we don't encounter every day. Spot giant tortoises, sea lions, penguins and iguanas.
