Finding Nemo in the Caribbean Sea

The destinations in the Caribbean Sea are not only a picture to behold on land, you will feast your eyes underwater as well!  Walk from the beach into the clear sea, or venture a jump from a rock. Look through your goggles at different species of tropical fish, turtles and try to find the famous clownfish. Prefer to dive a little deeper into the sea? Put on a tight diving suit, oxygen cylinder on your back and flipper along colorful coral reefs. Surfing, canoeing and paddling are also ways to have fun at the islands.

Rainforests, jungles and National Parks are things we all love.  During a cruise through the countries of the Eastern Caribbean, you'll get a dose of greenery, nature and monkeys.  Stroll along unpaved trails, listen to the croaking of frogs and smell the scent of fresh rain. Like a scene from Tarzan, swing from vine to vine for the best views!  Try not to get lost when you adventure through Sage Mountain National Park in the British Virgin Islands, Bajan Gardens in Barbados or Mont Pelée in Martinique. 

The city life of the Caribbean

So far, we have only talked about all the amazing nature, beaches and underwater world. But on your visit to one of the islands, the historical culture in the cities is also a must to take in. In San Juan, Casa Bacardi is highly recommended to learn all about this type of rum and, of course, to taste it!  In Guadeloupe's capital, Basse-Terre, you pay with the euro, as the country belongs to France. Departing with MSC Cruises from the famous city of Miami? Or perhaps you are stepping aboard one of the Royal Caribbean ships in Fort Lauderdale with the whole family. Either way, you end up in the capital or a major port city. That makes it very easy to soak up some culture. 

Opt for a mini-cruise of a few days, or perhaps a family cruise. The Eastern Caribbean is for everyone.
