The ms Rotterdam is the seventh ship in a row to bear the name Rotterdam! This medium-sized ship can accommodate 2668 guests and is most similar to her luxurious sister ships the Koningsdam and the Nieuw Statendam.

The Pinnacle class exemplifies a state-of-the-art class of cruise ships, and the ms Rotterdam is only too happy to be the standard-bearer of this class within Holland America Line. Like sister ships ms Koningsdam and ms Nieuw Statendam, which are in the same class, this cruise ship features state-of-the-art facilities. The ms Rotterdam, is the cruise company's seventh ship to bear the Rotterdam name. 
The first Rotterdam braved the waves of the Atlantic Ocean for the first time as early as 15 October 1872, while the ms Rotterdam's predecessor was disposed of in 2020. Fortunately, it didn't take long to fill the void left by the previous Rotterdam ships with another cruise ship that lives up to her iconic name.

Finally, the numerous shows on the World Stage are the cream of the entertainment crop, and that's thanks to the impressive two-story high LED screen that surrounds the stage!
